Travel ball is where our most committed players go to be challenged. Rosters are set by tryout, practices are more demanding, and teams travel beyond Silver Lakes to compete against strong programs across the region.
It is a bigger commitment of time and effort from players and families, and the payoff is real: sharper skills, tougher competition, and teammates chasing the same goal. Every Royal King, rec or travel, is coached on character first.

Rec Ball

How tryouts work
Travel rosters are built through tryouts. Reach out to get on the list, come show what you've got, and coaches follow up with every player who attends.
Tell Us You're Interested
Send a note with your player's name, age, and positions. We'll share upcoming tryout dates and details.
Come to a Tryout
Players are evaluated on hitting, fielding, throwing, and how they compete. Bring your glove and your best effort.
Get the Call
Coaches follow up with every player who tries out and place athletes on the team that fits them best.
